1. How to Find Your Size
Every product page includes its own size chart. Please compare your personal measurements with the garment measurements listed on the page before placing an order.
For dresses and fitted outerwear, we recommend checking your bust and waist measurements first. For trousers, shorts, skorts, and other bottoms, please check your waist, hip, and inseam or total-length measurements where provided.
2. How to Measure
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the measuring tape comfortably level.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Length: Measure from the relevant shoulder, waist, or waistband point to the desired hem position, depending on the garment type.
3. Between Sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit, especially for garments with a fitted bodice, defined waist, structured tailoring, limited stretch, or non-adjustable closures.
If a product has an elasticated waist, relaxed shape, adjustable straps, tie closure, or flexible fit, this will usually be noted on the individual product page.
4. Measurement Variation
Please allow for a small difference due to manual measurement, garment construction, fabric behavior, and production variation. A variation of approximately 1–3 cm may occur.
Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, garment proportions, drape, fit, and color may appear different depending on styling, lighting, body shape, screen settings, and device display.
5. Garment Care
Always follow the care instructions on the sewn garment label and the product page. Care requirements may vary depending on the fabric, lining, embellishments, structure, and finishing details of each piece.
Many JUNVELLE pieces feature delicate elements such as appliqué, rhinestones, crystals, mesh, pleats, bows, ruffles, lace, metallic hardware, or sculptural details. These pieces require gentle handling.
6. Recommended Care for Occasionwear
- Professional dry cleaning is recommended for embellished, formal, structured, delicate, or heavily detailed garments.
- Do not bleach, soak, tumble dry, scrub, wring, or use harsh chemicals unless the garment label specifically allows it.
- Avoid pulling, twisting, or rubbing embellished areas, mesh panels, ruffles, bows, pleats, lace, and hardware.
- Do not iron directly over rhinestones, appliqué, mesh, decorative details, or metallic accents.
- If steaming is appropriate for the garment, use low heat from a safe distance and avoid direct contact with delicate decorations.
- Store occasionwear on a padded hanger or in a garment bag to help protect shape, fabric, and embellishments.
7. Color and Fabric Notes
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to studio lighting, photography, browser settings, screen brightness, and individual device displays.
Some fabrics, mesh overlays, embellishments, metallic details, pleats, and layered elements may look slightly different under daylight, indoor lighting, or flash photography. This is a natural characteristic of fashion materials and occasionwear construction.
